  • Included mobile app for customer use, internal tools for routing and task management, and marketing website

  • Launch SF market with first residential building developer partner

  • Marketing website, first pass of operational internal tools and a number of iterations

  • We built a resident-facing mobile app where they can request their needs and set weekly preference

  • Following our DTC success, we partnered with a number of large residential building group developers (Related, Greystar) to launch a B2B2C product for their residents
